While traveling in Australia, we discovered that Australians often call mosquitoes "mozzies." And what do most of us instinctively do when a mosquito lands on us? We wack it! So we combined the two ideas—Mozzie for mosquito, and Wackka for that satisfying swat—to create a memorable name that captures exactly what our bug spray is all about: taking down mozzies with a punch!
